Ibat ibang uri ng Sinigang




Sinigang meal has become popular most popular to Filipino.
 I remember when my Mom would prepare this dish she would use tamarind.
 By boiling it and squish out of all the juice for souring agent

 as I remember are differently kind of Sinigang dish.
tasty foods are Sinigang Baboy. Sinigang Bangus at Sinigang na at sinigang na manok
this are few of many sinigang in the Philippines.

Hoping I could cook them all to taste the yummy flavor of other Sinigang
Feel the words Sinigang Yumyum.



Recipe of Singang Bangus
This dish is well known in Dagupan city

Ingredient:

   1 piece of large bangus,cleaned and slice into serving pieces
   1 small ginger
   1 medium onion, sliced
   1 teaspoon salt
   2 piece of tomatoes
   2 medium of eggplant
   2 cups of kangkong leaves
   5 pieces string beans
   5 cups water
   
 Instruction:

   1. Heat the casserole until it boil together with genger,
   2. Put onion and saute it for 2 minutes
   3. Add miso and cook another for 2 minutes
   4. Put the fish sauce and then stir. bring to boil
   5. Add tomatoes and tamarind juice. cook for 5 minutes
   6. Add long green chilli and milk fish cook for 15 to 18 minutes
   7. Optional add mustard leaves and turn of the heat.
    Share the Sinigang. if possible You may add eggplant.
